Good Flow Wellness was created to educate people on the positive impacts & necessity of 'good touch' in their lives and the lives of the people they love. We believe 'good touch' is the kindling which fuels kindness in relationships thereby creating better communities, which leads to a better world.
After the initial success of the worksh
Good Flow Wellness was created to educate people on the positive impacts & necessity of 'good touch' in their lives and the lives of the people they love. We believe 'good touch' is the kindling which fuels kindness in relationships thereby creating better communities, which leads to a better world.
After the initial success of the workshop, we will expand into becoming a social enterprise to create changes in communities in the USA. My team and I intend to do this by:
- 'CONNECTED'- the workshop
- future touch focused classes/workshops
- future movement & mobility classes/workshops
- creation of a trauma sensitive compassionate touch volunteer program to provide massage to touch harmed/starved populations i.e. nursing home residents, sexual assault survivors, drug rehabilitation graduates, caretakers, etc
- elevating, promoting, funding, teaching conflict resolution for diverse populations
- promoting & funding multi-family housing solutions
- AND MUCH MORE

Going to massage school is, and will probably remain, the most important event in my life. My talents, biology, intellect, emotional dexterity, & background all converged to lead me to this calling. I have had many, many wonderful experiences helping people learn about, grow comfortable with, & finally embrace their bodies. It has been an honor and a duty to nurture so many with my hands, presence, & spirit.
Going to massage school also made me realize how touch starved many of us are in our lives. I believe so many of our past and present problems stem from being so disconnected from our fellow people. I believe humanity's future rests with being connected enough for the scales to fall off our eyes so we can see the struggles, the ruthless mask of anonymity be removed so kindness will flourish, and the nihilism which grows like abundantly watered weeds be eradicated through civic action...
